Savannah has been feeling a little down lately, in the sense that it never knows what mood it wants to be in. One minute she’s bright and cheery, and then next minute, you’re hanging out in a torrential downpour. I’ve been stalking some of my favorite rainy weather wear lately, and thought today was the perfect day to share it. My only must on a rainy days is the bright lip…you gotta show the weather who’s boss! The others are my dream rainy-day items.
