
Happy fourth of July everyone!
I finally made it to the pool, and I made bacon for the first time! My recent un-venetarianism is kicking in on full force. If that doesn’t scream America, I don’t know what else could.
Boil eggs, and peel. Put cooked yolks in a bowl with your preferential amount of baked bacon, salt, pepper, fresh parsley, an abnormal amount of blue cheese (gorgonzola is my choice), dijon mustard, and light mayo. Mix that all up, and place back in halved and cooked egg whites. Garnish with more bacon. Indulge.
