Cake. Craving that one like woah. How is it that we always crave exactly what we can’t have, huh? I try to think of these diet limitations as challenges, and I get crazy trying to come up with ways to make decadent something-or-others that are actually nothing like what that something originally was supposed to be. It’s this game I play that I usually end up failing at pretty hard. I’m persistent that one day, one day I’ll find the key and learn how to transform shredded cauliflower into cake. Dream big I say.
