These Alexis Russell pieces are the perfect things to put a little pep in the end of your week. At least that is what I was thinking when I was introduced to her work last night. The attention to detail in these is quite stunning, as well as the additions of natural stones and elements. Can you believe these kinds of things come out the Earth? I’m mystified when I start to think of all the beauty that is hidden under the surface, and these show that quality off so very well. I’m quite enamored with the fact that everything has this warn-in quality to it. It’s instant specialization, in the best way possible. Now, if only I could get my hands on a couple of these, or rather, get a couple of these on my hands. sigh-central.
