Popping in this weekend to share a fall-inspired color study. Savannah is still in some weird cross-breed between fall and summer, and it’s been making for some interesting fashion choices. How can you transition between 80° in the day to 55° at night with one outfit? Yeah, I was stumped too!

Today I’m off to North Carolina for another appointment with Dr. Vaughn. While my first appointment was overwhelming to say the least, I’ve been taking some of the steps she’s suggested, and it’s amazing how much better I’m feeling from only doing about half of her program! I’ll get to it all one day, but sometimes I jump right into things like this and then end up drowning. I’m taking the slower path this time, and in general. I’m really trying to integrate that philosophy into a lot of aspects of my life right now, which is so hard for my go-go-go personality, but it’s starting to pay off.

I hope you can enjoy the rest of your Sunday with a warm coffee and a nice read. I’ll be enjoying mine by catching up on top 40’s music radio and a kombucha on my five hour drive. Oh, and I’ll wear a sweater. Sweaters always make me feel good.
